To avoid any errors, please take note of all the product references needed for your order with all of the sizes and colours. We cannot be held responsible for any possible colour differences between the product and the photos in our catalog or on our website (non-contractual photographs). Telephone orders cannot claim non-compliance. All orders are firm and final.
Our prices exclude tax and postage charges. P’tit Rock prices are given to you for your information and are subject to change (usually lower). For gold and silver jewelry, the prices vary according to the stock exchange. Only the prices listed on the website on the day of the order are taken into account. For any order lower than 70€, a supplement of 10€ will be charged to cover administrative expenses.
Payments can be made by credit/debit card, bank transfer or cash on delivery. For payments made by cheque, the order will be sent once we have received it. A discount of 5% will be granted for any order over 1000€, 6% for 2000€, 7% for 3000€, 8% for 4000% and 10% for 5000€. Discounts only apply to body jewelry (except for the Crystal Evolution range) and payment must have reached us within 7 days. SAS P’TIT ROCK reserves the entire property of the delivered goods until full payment. In the event that full payment does not occur on the agreed date, the seller reserves the right to take back any delivery and to dissolve the contract. In the case of late payment, the legal rate of 1.5% interest will be charged per day late. Compensation for recovery costs may also be charged. If no agreement is reached, the issue will be submitted to the Commercial court of Coutances.
All tattoo orders placed before 3PM will be shipped the same day. Piercing orders may take a day longer.
France: UPS standard delivery is free for all orders over 200€ (before VAT) in mainland France. For COD delivery 10€ will be charged (only for France). Free shipping does not apply for deliveries on pallets or via UPS Express, the cost will be calculated at the time of your order.
Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, UK, Spain, Ireland, Italy, Holland, Austria, Denmark, Portugal: UPS standard delivery is free for all orders over 250€ (before VAT). Free shipping does not apply for deliveries on pallets or via UPS Express, the cost will be calculated at the time of your order.
Switzerland: UPS standard delivery is free for all orders over 500€ (before VAT). Free shipping does not apply for deliveries on pallets or via UPS Express, the cost will be calculated at the time of your order.
Rest of world delivery: The cost will be calculated at the time of your order.
SAS P’TIT ROCK cannot be held responsible for the carrier’s delays.
Remember to check your parcel on delivery. If no comments with the carrier are registered, SAS P’TIT ROCK cannot be held responsible for the parcels condition. In the case of a damaged package or of damaged warranty tape please make the usual reservations and open the package in the presence of the carrier before taking delivery. No compensation will be due for non-verified parcels.

7 day return policy
Returned goods that are not faulty or have not been sent in error will be credited at 90% of the value of the original invoice and must be returned as unused, in a re-saleable condition and in the original packaging. We will not be able to refund any postage fees. Unfortunately we cannot offer a 7 day return policy on tattoo inks, as we cannot guarantee the sterility of these products once delivered.
Returns terms and conditions
The product must be unused and in their original boxes. All returns must have a completed returns forms and must be sent back with an insured tracking number. Tattoo inks are excluded from our 7 day return policy. When we proceed to your refund, the funds are returned within 10 business days depending on the original method of payment. The 7 day return policy does not apply to faulty or damaged items, these items will need to be returned in accordance with our faulty/damaged returns policy.
Return policy for faulty/damaged items
In the event that you receive any of our products damaged during transport or faulty, we will proceed to its full refund (including shipping) or a replacement, at no additional cost. Please notify our returns service within 3 days of receipt by calling us at 02 33 60 88 19 or emailing us at email@example.com. We will arrange the pickup of the damaged or faulty item if necessary.
Policy for faulty/damaged items
Notifications of faulty or damaged items must be made within 3 days of receipt. All returns must be sent with a tracking number and insured. The products must be unused and in their original boxes. Photos of the damaged product may be requested. We will then proceed to a refund, a credit note or a replacement of the item. All returns must have a completed returns form.
Return policy for failed items
Some items may require you contacting the supplier directly to resolve the problem. All returns must be packed carefully in order for them to arrive safely with us. All returns must be sent with a tracking number and insured. All returns must be returned with a completed returns form. If we do not notice a fault on the product after tests, we will ask you to pay for the delivery costs before returning your product. Some items may require returning to the manufacturer for repair, with a delay of several weeks.
